what can I do to get my mural`s not toprint out so digital?

I assume you are referring to the pixilation that occurs when you enlarge a relatively small, low resolution image.
The only way around this is to start with a large, high quality digital image. The higher the DPI resolution of your source material the better results you will get in your mural.
