How do I turn off the internal color management in the program and how do I design with the Color sure pallet??

If you have not ever enabled the color management in SublimationMaker, then it is already disabled.
Otherwise, using the \`Color\` menu item, select \`Color Profiles\`. This will display a dialog in which you need to select the target printer and click \`OK\`.
Next you will see the \`Color Management\` dialog. Uncheck the \`Enable Color Management\` checkbox, and then click \`OK\`.
Color management is now turned-off for the selected printer.
